Status Quo Rock Radio
Some German Quo fans have started a radio project called SQRR (Status Quo
Rock Radio). Everyday you can listen from 7pm onwards to Quo and other good music, the site is in German.

The first ever Quo Pages on the internet from John-Alex Burglund in Norway were started in November 1995. There is lots of Quo information, all the tour dates from 1976 onwards, discographies and lyrics to Quo songs. Last Updated in 1997.

Counterfeit Quo
Originally formed as Piledriver in Essex in early 1995, Counterfeit Quo are regularly gigging throughout the UK and Ireland. According to the site: "Not only do you get the great QUO songs of the 70's, but the whole, totally live rock and roll show, at a volume not heard since The Rainbow Theatre 1972"...Check it out!
'Quo' (Germany)
Another cover band called 'Quo'. This one comes from Hamburg and have been going for 13 years, playing gigs all over Germany. The site has details about the band, an MP3 of their version of Whatever You Want, their set list, and how to book them.

This site is about the German cover band Piledriver, most of the site is in German, but parts are also in English. Piledriver gig in Germany and in the Nederlands.
Shameless Quo
From Derby in the UK, this Quo cover band (From the fakers of...!) say they are "Recreating the raw power of Status Quo". Gig dates are listed on their site and there's reviews that testify that they put in a great rocking show. The site has been completely re-designed (March 2003) ....Don't miss them!
Bogus Quo
A band from Southampton in the UK that were formed in November 2000. The site has pics, gigs, and info about the band. You can also buy their album 'Covered' featuring bogus versions of five of Quo's hits!
Paper Plane
A Coverband from Holland who's main influence is Quo, but they also play songs by other artists, Shania Twain, The Stones, Ben E King, Deep Purple and many others... but all played in Quo's style! It's an interesting idea... check them out.
Squaw
Based in Switzerland, Squaw were formed in the early 90's. Their new site has pictures, tour dates and contact information for the band.
Strictly Quo
Strictly Quo were formed in South Wales in 1998, their new site has gig listings, their set list (which includes tracks from Heavy Treffic) and details of their CD.
Staid As Quo (Germany)
Based in Regensberg, Bavaria, Germany, Staid As Quo were formed in 2002 and recently supported Slade in Regensberg.
Smiledriver
A new cover band based in Berlin, Germany, with an English singer. Smiledriver play regularly around Berlin and their site has sound samples of their versions of some Quo hits.
Status Duo
This is probably the world's only Status Quo tribute Duo. A two man tribute to Rossi and Parfitt playing hits from 40 years of Status Quo.
On The Level - (Perth, Western Australia)
On The Level are a rockin' boogie blues band playing lots of Quo, as well as The Stones, ZZ Top, Muddy Waters, Canned Heat, Fogerty and originals. The site has a gig guide (updated weekly) merchandise, sounds, Bios, a links page and photos etc.

Muckefuck Band Berlin
5 musicians from Berlin (Germany), who originally formed in 1974, broke up, then got together again in 2003, and now play 'several hours' of Quo titles
The name Muckefuck is connected with coffee houses of the same name from East Germany (apparently!).
Statoz Quo - (Queensland, Australia)
Recently formed by ex UK cover band 'State Of Quo' bass player Tony Lingard, Statoz Quo also features original Quo keyboard player Roy Lines, along with former members of Quo cover bands 'State Us Quo', 'Quo Vadis' and 'Robbers Dog'. They're the Ozzie Quo cover band supergroup!

Burning Flamingos - (Germany)
Flamingos guitarist Armin tells us that they spent months to find the right name for their Quo cover band, but as all the good names are taken, they had to think out of the box! The Burning Flamingos' site has all the usual information, their set list and also some videos of the band in action.

Dustpipe are a German cover band, playing mostly Quo but also a range of other music. On their site you can buy their CD and T-shirts, get tour dates and read all about the band. The site is in German.

Stated Quo
This is a new band fronted by Mikey and other ex-members of State Of Quo. Now giging, they will be playing the usual afternoon session at the Greyhound in Wembley on Quo gig day.

Backwater
A tribute band from Scotland, Backwater were formed in 2008 and opened the Scottish Status Quo convention, "McVention V" held in Paisley, in 2010.
